Victoria Johnson

Sheri shares with us her journey of facing the shock and shame of suicide, depression and mental health.  She faced many emotions after the suicide of both her parents.  She used writing as therapy and has a wonderful blog "Embracing Vulnerability Courageously." Now she uses her writing to help others as well as ghost writing busy people who want to connect.  This allows those relationships to grow and heal.  She now attracts people who want to open up as well.
Now Sheri deeply connects with other people, she has allowed all masks of strength to fall away knowing that you have to be strong to be vulnerable and ask for help.
Sheri teaches that we have to reach out to other people repeatedly to support them when they are depressed and to help them get out of the dark place they are in. Listen and learn what not to say to someone who is suffering from depression. This is a wonderful story of overcoming adversity and going on to help heal herself and others.
